In the last batch of 2-10-2's ordered from Baldwin by the Baltimore & Ohio, BO #6219 was built in May of 1926 (serial #59186). Sadly to make room for new diesels, this loco was assigned a new number of BO 537in 1956 but never actually renumbered as it was retired and scrapped in 1957. Specs - S-1a class, 64" drivers, 220 psi boiler pressure, 30x32" cylinders, engine weight of 436,510 lb, tractive effort of 84,300 lb. No photographer was listed for this photo. |
