it was a long time ago but i believe that this coal train probably just came off the P&LE and i do remember that they are going by UN Tower at the east end of New Castle yard--- i was about 15 years old maybe 16 and i spent a lot of time around the tower that summer when we went "back east" where my mom grew up!!! i did NOT know or realize that this would be a part of my training for the days when i would someday be a dispatcher on the Burlington Northern Railroad!!!
