William H. Davis Jr. General Nice shot, I can personally vouch for how busy it is in Grand Island. You can see around 80 trains in daylight alone during the long summer months some days more some days less. My record in daylight hours was at Gibbon Jct. on UP in a 12 hour period I saw 80 trains.
