Prominent here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #8250, an FS-10 built by Fairbanks-Morse as number "9086" in August of 1949, rated at 1,000 horsepower, and renumbered "8250" in preparation for the PRR-NYC merger. Partially visible at the right is PRR engine #5896, an ES-15M constructed by GM-EMD as number "8806" in January of 1952, rated at 1,500 horsepower, and renumbered "5896" in preparation for the merger.
