| Thirteen old C44-9W units (nine GECX and four NS) were stored on the west (right) test track next to Wabtec’s Fort Worth plant, while a pair of freshly-rebuilt Union Pacific C44ACM’s were on the east track. The C44-9W’s were GECX/ex-BNSF 4798, 4795, 4822, 4776, 4828, 4791, 4780, 4826, 4804, NS 9253, 9374, 9307 and 9394. The UPC44ACM locos were the 6194 and an unidentified unit. The nose of UP AC4400CW 7205 was visible between the two groups of locos. |
