WB. Here is an image of a photo showing Pennsylvania Railroad engine #1297, an H-8SB (2-8-0) "Consolidated" built in Juniata as an H-8SB during January of 1911, rebuilt as an H-9S in February of 1925, and retired in October of 1950 after 39 years of faithful service. The presence of all those shopmen suggests a special event, perhaps the outshopping of a brand-new locomotive. The photographer's name, the location, and the exact date are not recorded. William E.
