| Some shortlines are really industrial or private carriers. They exist to serve a single industry. Such is the case for BOP. It hauls materials for its aggregates company. However, this is the first time that an inbound load of lumber has arrived in 20 years. While BOP has hauled scrap paper out; all inbound loads have been various sands for its parent company. Hopefully, BOP will continue to see more lumber loads for 2016. |
