Randy Curlin	General	They have seven tracks to use in the former NB departure yard. 2-3 tracks are used for RVSC car storage. The remaining 4 tracks are used for RVSC UP interchange. They try to keep one track open as a "runner". This allows units to freely traverse from one end of the yard to the other.	12/18/2015 11:09:25 AM
