| This empty crude oil train will be tied down here just east of Van Buren Lane early this morning. Apparently the crew outlawed just a mile or two shy of Rotterdam Junction, so, a new crew will be called to make the short trip into the PanAm yard. From there a CSX crew will be called to take it to Buffalo and beyond. |
