Built in January 1957 for Southern Pacific as GP9 5731, renumbered to 3572, then rebuilt as GP9E 3773. After retirement from SP, sold to Levin Metals Corp, to Mid-America Car, then became Sierra Railroad 46, Jackson Lumber 46, and finally Railserve 46.
