Mann. Here is a photo of (R to L) Pennsylvania Railroad engines #7257 and #7084. Both are EFS-17M road switchers built by GM-EMD and rated at 1,750 horsepower each. #7257 was constructed in November of 1959, while #7084 was built in November of 1956. In this context, they're pulling a fully-loaded mineral train out of Altoona to the yards in Enola. The photographer's name, the exact date, and the location are not recorded. (Gift from Brad Mann.) |
