Delaware River Joint Commission No. 1008 was built by J.G. Brill Co. of Philadelphia in 1936 and operated over the Ben Franklin Bridge until the Lindenwold Hi-Speed Line opened. Retired 12/28/1968. Was later re-painted to it's former grey/blue scheme and unveiled for the 75th anniversary of the Ben Franklin Bridge Ceremonies on July 1, 2001. |
