NP GP9 363 switches the yard in East Grand Forks MN on a cold day in February 1970. During this period GP9s and a few RS11s handled most trains on this line. The BN merger is only weeks away and the NP yard, station and roundhouse in East Grand Forks will soon be closed. 363 was delivered by EMD in 1958 and became BN 1942; it lasted until 1992 before being retired.
