Ken Prendergast	General	P&LE's Gateway Yards were behind the camera by about 2-3 miles. That's the LE&E at far left that would join with P&LE (upper right corner) at Gateway Yards. Former PRR Hazelton Yard and the eastern part of Republic's Hazelton Works just to the left of the Mahoning River. Youngstown Sheet & Tube Campbell Works are at right. The Campbell Works officially shut down on Black Monday, Sept. 16, 1977 but a few parts of the plant continued to operate under LTV until the early 80s. Most of it was demolished in 1987-88.
