Leslie Schroeder	General	Car 99 was our private busines car when I was a child. My father worked for the CB&Q and was assigned this car to use for his extensive travel. Our family was privileged to get to accompany him on many vacations and we were treated like royalty. My sister (age 65) and I (age 60) are the only remaining members of our family and we reminiscing the other night when we found a model of car 99 presented to my father when he retired. We both have incredibly fond memories of our days riding and sleeping on this business car. I'm so surprised it still exists. I can't wait to come to LaCrosse to see it in person! I could tell you so many amazing stories about using this wonderful car as our "get-away-car" for family holidays and travel experiences.
