"Baby Wings" GP38-2 in J-Yard  Contributor's Pick!
Baby Wings adorn the nose of a one-time Missouri Pacific GP38-2 making it look like a fanciful Tyco HO model to my eye. The "Baby Wings" scheme (so named by raiflans) was only applied to 50 units (all by Jenks in 2001/2002). It was a nice scheme.... sorry to see it go away. As an aside, the snow on the San Gabriel Mountains in the background is deceiving... I think it was almost 60 degrees out when I took this shot.
