Coal train power meeting local power
Title:  Coal train power meeting local power
Description:  Power that brought down a coal train holds the mainline while power used on a law caught local rests in the passing track. With all this business it is a bit puzzling why NS will soon lease this line to short line GWI. GWI already operates this line from Hilton west to Dothan AL and if they improve business on the portion they are about to take over the way they did the Dothan portion, it will be a good thing overall.

Description:  A CSX southbound rock train crosses the NS mainline in the rain enroute to Waycross. They had an approach board as they neared the crossing where they got a green signal. Therefore they were easing around the curve to the signal. Once they got the green they had to really dig in to get their train moving.
